Excited to make this pumpkin face mask with the 12 year old girls in our church youth program tomorrow night. I'll let you know how it smells and feels!

Pumpkin Face and Body Mask

1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup bentonite clay (available at health food stores)
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp almond oil
2 tsp cinnamon

Mix together and apply evenly to your face or anywhere else you'd like to smooth. Leave on 10 minutes before rinsing. Almond oil moisturizes, clay draws out impurities, honey replenishes collagen and cinnamon improves circulation.

This would be a fun sleep over activity. Gee it has been so long since we did one of those.

I think if i left out the clay, I would find a way to lick my own face.

I totally saw this in Self Magazine and wanted to try it. Maybe I will.

Omit or greatly reduce the cinnamon...it stung the girls' face and left some redness. But it smelled great!
